With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Ray Norton of Genoa, Arkansas, born in Texarkana, Arkansas, who passed away on March 25, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Damon Norton and Clara Norton; and his siblings, Dorothy Holland, Linda Haggy Ross, Janice Jones, Peggy McKnight, Bobby Norton and Dennis Norton.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Norton of Genoa, Arkansas; his daughter Chelsea; his son-in-law Jeremy Renfro of Doddridge, Arkansas; his siblings, Faye Norton Martin of Mena, Arkansas, Betty Waggoner Vanderburg of Texarkana, Texas, Damona (Wayne Bryant) and Bill; his sister-in-law Betty Norton of Texarkana, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Channing Adams, JonRoy Renfro and Cheyanne Renfro. He is also survived by friends and other relatives.
