She is survived by: her husband Mark Lewis of Genoa, Arkansas; her son Stephen; her daughter-in-law Kristen Lewis of Lake Hamilton, Arkansas; her daughter Madison Lewis of Texarkana, Arkansas; her siblings, Allen Sewell of Little Rock, Arkansas and Tina Tedder of Dierks, Arkansas; and her granddaughter Marie Lewis. She is also survived by friends and other relatives.
