She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bowen and Ethel Bowen (Ferrell); her spouse Vernon Ray Penberthy; and her son Aaron Penberthy. She is survived by: her children, Dewayne Penberthy (Robin) of Bluffton and Cindy Tilley (Jim) of Gassville, Arkansas; and her sisters, Alberta Pritchard of Findlay and Norma Buttrey of Park Hills.
