He is survived by: his wife Marcia Hood; his sons, Derek (Monica) of Norfork and Jeremy of El Dorado; his grandchildren, Justin (Jaime) of Gassville, Alliyah Akins (Dawson), Bailey Ivens, Johannah Ivens, Kaydence Ivens, Calvin Ivens, Marlee Shields and Mason Shields; his great grandchildren, Bentley Cash Akins and Kinsley Grace Akins; and his sisters, Michelle Hood (Mike) and Joan Marler (Roger). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
