She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Otis Bush and Lottie Louise Bush (Barkhurst); and her husband Ricky Ray Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Lea Bennett (Joshua) of Nixa and Rebecca Ann Clayberg (Phillip) of Mountain Home; her grandchildren, Brynlee Bennett, Easton Clayberg, Ronald Clayberg and Melissa Clayberg; and her great grandchildren, Ky'Aire Bratten and Maquelah Clayberg.
