He was predeceased by: his parents, John Elkins and Ruth Sizemore Elkins. He is survived by: his wife Betty Elkins of Flippin, AR; and his children, Jeffrey Elkins (Julie) of Gilberts, IL, Kathy McKee (David) of Flippin, AR, John Elkins (Sherry) of Aurora, IL and David Elkins (Laura) of Schererville, IN. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, masks will be required.
