She is survived by: her brother Jim Parnell; her husband Archie Duggins of Gassville; her children, Art Duggins (Theresa) of Florida, Russel Duggins (Donna) of Gassville, Diane Duggins of Gassville and Beverly Whittingham of West Plains; and her sisters, Ellen Lawson of Gassville and Mable Adams (John) of Norfork. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
