He is survived by: his parents, Charles Richard Bowen and Jemmie Lucille Spencer Bowen of Highfill, Arkansas; his wife Jennifer Diana Patterson; his daughter April Hayes (Brian) of Mena, Arkansas; his siblings, Donnie Bowen (Brenda) of Avoca, Debbie Trammell (Donald) of Garfield, Mike Bowen (Darlene) of Highfill and Vickie Bowen (Jon Magee) of Dallas, Texas; and his granddaughter Layla Hayes. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
