He is survived by: his children, Anita Poindexter (Jim), Loyd Wayne McKenzie (Gayla), Mark McGinnis (Sigrid), Angela DeWitt, Crystal Grimes and Keiven McGinnis; his sisters, Evelyn Lynch (Ralph) and Shelby Prim; his brothers-in-law, Richard Smith and Virgil McGee; his grandchildren, Ashley Hadley (Shannon), John Ryan Holloway, Elizabeth McKenzie, Maggie McKenzie and Julian McGinnis; his nieces and nephews, Derrick Lynch (Julie), Wayne Prim (Debra), Brad McGee (Jill), Heather Head (Heath) and Kathy Powers (John); and his cousin Mark Byler.
