He is survived by: his wife Judith Lee Smith; his children, James Smith (Ramona), Lisa Smith (Troy Phillippi), Thomas Smith, Chris Smith, Amy Nicklaus (Erik) and Brian Smith; his sister Rosie Williams; his grandchildren, Becky Smith, Joseph Smith, Justin Smith, Jacob Smith, Dakotah Baker (Megan), Dexter Baker, Ashley and Kylie McManus; his stepchildren, Tim Davis (Sunny) and Patty Archer (Rick); and his stepgrandchildren, Kristy West (Aaron), Shelly Willis (Shane), Carol Meadors (Cody), Carl Davis (Skyler) and Amber Davis. He is also survived by nine step great-grandchildren.
