He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bailey and Lucy Boatright Bailey; his wife Ann; his siblings, John Jr., Wayne "Bulldog", Eugene "Bub", Chester "Babe", Carson, Carl Bailey and Laverne Glenn; his great grandchild Chase Dillon Johnston; and his children-in-law, Colin Perry and Shelley Bailey.
He is survived by: his former wife Anna Irene Farr; and his children, Leonard Bailey (Nancy) of Garfield, Ronald Bailey (LoEva) of Gravette, Bobby Bailey of Bentonville and Diann Perry of Houston, Texas. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren and sixteen great-great grandchildren.
