He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Edward Chambers and Erna Marie Kolby. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his son Heath (Kate) of Bella Vista, AR; and his grandchildren, Brenda Black (Tom Cotter) of Avoca, AR, Sherry Cray of Garfield, AR and Jack Hutcheson of Pineville, MO. He is also survived by two sisters; one brother; eleven grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
