He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierce Howard Mayfield and Lucy Mae Voltz Mayfield; his former wife JoAnn Putman Mayfield; his wife Wilma Mayfield; and his sister Betty Powell.
He is survived by: his children, Diana Mayfield Broit of Garfield and Greg Mayfield of Garfield, Arkansas; and his sister Martha Stumps of St. James, Missouri. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
