He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll E. Underwood and Betty J. Underwood; his parents-in-law, Lois June Porter and Cecil R. Porter; and his sisters, Sue and Kay.
He is survived by: his wife Roxie; his daughter Randa; his son-in-law Rowland Vernon; his grandchildren, Reis of Broken Arrow, OK and Raegan of Broken Arrow, OK; his son Jess; his daughter-in-law Christy Underwood; his grandchildren, Jordon of Oshkosh, NE and Javis of Oshkosh, NE; his brother-in-law Wayne Porter of Grand Island, NE; and his siblings, Larry, Molly, Becky, Connie, Terry and Debby.
Memorials may be made to the Veterans Tribute at Kaskaskia College in Centralia, IL or FUMC in Rogers, AR.
