He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Warren "Bill" Smith and Dorothy Ann McConnell Smith. He is survived by: his children, Gib, Zachary (Margaret Smith) and Jesse Smith (Ashley Crawford); his grandsons, Ezekiel and Ezra Smith of Omaha; his former wife Teresa Cline Smith of Springdale; and his brothers, Larry (Cindy Smith), Jack (Anita Smith) and Jim (Sandy Smith). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
