He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Gene Kelley and Mary E. Kelley (Phillips) of Wyandotte County; and his wife Sandra S. Kelley of Garfield, Arkansas.. He is survived by: his friend Mike Shaver; his brothers, Harold S. Kelley (Barbara J. Kelley) of Olathe and David R. Kelley (Cheryl Lynn Kelley) of Andrews, NC; his stepson Mark F. Sanchez (Connie J. Sanchez) of Lansing, Kansas; his grandchildren, Kayla Sanchez, Neal Sanchez, Tanner Bowers and Austin Bowers; and his great grandchildren, Carah Sanchez, Vincent Sanchez and Charlotte Bowers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
