He is survived by: his daughters, Sue Allison (Barry) of Buckhorn and Rebecca Bojorquez (Manuel) of Stevinson, California; and his stepchildren, Candice Conrad (David) of Cape Girardeau, Stephen Lyons (Cathy) of Spring and Stephanie Olsen (Chuck) of Lisle, Illinois. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
