She was predeceased by: her parents, Conrad Courtney and Betty Lois Donaldson Courtney; and her siblings, Hurshel and Kenny Courtney. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Gerhard; her children, Kenny Cleghorn, Shannon Cleghorn, Stephanie Anderson and Brooke Lynch; and her siblings, Brian Courtney, Danita Ferguson, Rusty Courtney, Tony Ross, Joyce Baker, Bink Castello and Barbara Decker. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
