He was predeceased by: his parent Dillard Powell; and his brother Ronnie Powell. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Anderson Powell; his wife Dana Smith Powell; his children, Daniel Powell (Heather) of Guernsey and Nicole Powell of Guernsey; his brother Richard Powell (Heather); and his grandchildren, Skyler Powell, Marlie Rader, Annabelle Rader, Emma Norman and Jayden Vazquez.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home - Hope (403 S Main St, Hope, AR 71801). A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Memory Gardens Cemetery (2901 US-67, Hope, AR 71801).
