He was predeceased by: his father Lucius K. Boyce; his daughters, Renee Stewart and Karen Boyce; and his siblings, Ralph, Milton, Lucius II, Richmond, Benjamin, Isabelle Webb, Clarice Caldwell, Nannie Phillips and Alma Brock.
He is survived by: his wife Erma Ferguson Boyce; his children, Rodney Boyce of Hope, Susan Rider of Patmos and Dianne Bounds (Clyde) of Texarkana, TX; his sister-in-law Kay Boyce of Fouke, AR; and his friend Andy Sherbert. He is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
