He is survived by: his wife Sharon Gilbert of Fulton; his children, Tisha Gilbert (Russell Minor) of Louisville, KY, Danna Gilbert (Misty) of Washington and Nick Gilbert (Renee) of Hope; and his grandchildren, Tyler Gilbert, Hannah Gilbert, Kail Gilbert and Carter Gilbert. He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews.
