She is survived by: her husband Charles Smith of Fulton, AR; and her children, Wayne Smith (Kelly) of McNabb, AR, Ricky Smith (Cindy) of Fulton, AR, Vickie Foster (John) of Sutton Community and Donna Adams (Curtis) of Fulton, AR. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
