He was predeceased by: his father Walter Elbert; and his grandchildren, Tonia McBay (Billy), Tara Martin (Jamie), Jesse Perkins (Katy), Tim Golden (Jennifer), Charla Geddes (Moses), Elizabeth Morris, Daniel McMahan, Sarah Brawley, Rusty McMahan Golden and Byron Perkins.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda L. Howell McMahan; his children, Jerry McMahan (Sharon) of Brown Springs, Danny McMahan (Toni) of Bismarck and Kathy McMahan Perkins (Joe) of Malvern, Arkansas.; and his siblings, Pete, Paul, Jim, Jack McMahan, Lorene McDaniel, Lucille Jones, Dolly Mae Strother, Dorothy Dyer and Letha Jones.
