He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his children, Tamara (James Tate) of Arkadelphia and Kelly (Danielle) of Friendship; his grandchildren, Tracy (Richard Young) of Nevada City, CA and Kevin Tate of Arkadelphia, AR; and his siblings, Kelly Charles (Nancy) and Peggy Morrison.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the family is having a private service prior to the graveside service.
