He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Treadway and Vera Treadway (Owens); and his sister Wanda Lou Treadway. He is survived by: his wife Julie Treadway; his children, Cheryl Hudnall of Friendship, Pamela Rickman (Brian) of Friendship and Roger Treadway (Sharon) of Friendship; and his stepdaughter Jodi Wade (Nicholas) of Arkadelphia. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
