He is survived by: his parents, Joe Perkins and Kathy McMahan Perkins of Malvern; his wife Megan Klein Perkins; his sons, Raylan McMahan Perkins and Wyatt Lamar Perkins; his brother Jesse Perkins (Katy); his nephew Gaius Perkins of Barrington, IL; and his grandparents, Louis, Wanda McMahan of Friendship and Calvin Perkins of Malvern. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
