He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd V. Fowler and Neoma E. Pringle Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Anna Frank Vanlandingham Fowler of Friendship; his sister Janice Neely of North Carolina; his nephew Gary Neely of North Carolina; and his nieces, Cindy Taylor (Jim) of Cabot, Vicky Whitley of Little Rock and Tammy Harrison (Greg) of Chicago.
