He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lee and Juanita Ann Stephens (Cournoyer); and his siblings, Carl and Connie. He is survived by: his sons, John (Tonya) of White Hall and Adam of Franklin; and his brothers, Charles, Kenneth and Duane. He is also survived by many other relatives and good friends.
