He was predeceased by: his parents, James Isaac and Irene Kiefer Tankersley. He is survived by: his brothers, Charles and James; his wife Kaye; his children, Trish Tankersley (Billy Davis) of Jonesboro and Robert "Tank" Tankersley of Franklin; his grandchildren, Pasha Eddards (Mike), Charolette Scott (Cassie), Chase Hutchins and T. J. Brashers (Destiney); his great grandchildren, Willow, Paisley, Hadley, Brylee, Addison, Jayce, Hayden and Damien; and his sister Donna Blevins. He is also survived by many other relatives and good friends.
