With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Loma Ann Plumlee of Franklin, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 9, 2025 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Joel Plumlee and Telitha Ella Hall Plumlee; and her siblings, Wilma Plumlee and Ray Plumlee. She is survived by: her niece Anna Plumlee (Tom) of Bentonville; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Telitha and Eleanor; her niece Sarah Lesley (Nick) of Myron; her great-nephew Matthew (Haley); her great-niece Katie Tate (Chris) of Violet Hill; her sister-in-law Kaye Plumlee of Franklin; and also, Bobby and Zena. She is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
