It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Herron Billingsley (Franklin, Arkansas), born in Evening Shade, Arkansas, who passed away on November 10, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Shelby Herron and Margie Wells Herron; and her brothers, Ralph Herron, Wilbur Herron and Johnny Van Herron.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Kelley (Jerry) of Paragould, Kirby Billingsley (Oleta) of Franklin and Kendra Smith (Larry) of Franklin; her siblings, Joe Herron (Kathy) of Wentachee and Helen Hunt (Glen) of Melbourne; her grandchildren, Jason Kelley (Sandra) of Paragould, Charity Brannen (Shaun) of Lakeland, Alex Billingsley of Franklin, Hannah Mooney (Shay) of Nashville, Casondra Smith of Franklin, Charlene Smith of Franklin, Lucas Smith of Little Rock and Katrina Smith of Franklin; and her great grandchildren, Rachelle Kelley Horton (Shannon), Gabriel Brannen of Lakeland and Asher Mooney of Nashville. She is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
