He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Phillips and Altha Phillips (Plumlee); his wife Rachel; and his son Mark Phillips. He is survived by: his daughter Bonnie; his son-in-law Rob Coleman; his son Bryan; his daughter-in-law Cindy Phillips; his grandchildren, Justin Coleman, Amy Reano (Kevin), James Phillips (Katelyn) and Ethan Phillips (Hailey); his great grandchildren, Blake, Carter Coleman, Josie, Miles Reano and Chloe Phillips; his brother Garland Phillips; and his sister-in-law Ruth Treat. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
