She was predeceased by: her former husband Leroy Herron; her husband Charles Bullard; her parents, William Homer and Audie Marie Arnold (Felton); her siblings, William Wesley Arnold, James Lon Arnold and Florence Christine Bussard; and her granddaughter Joanna Marie Herron.
She is survived by: her sons, Frank Herron (Susie) of Franklin and Roy Herron (Laverne) of Blytheville, Arkansas.; her siblings, Larry Arnold (Sandra) and Alma Marie Bailey of Melbourne, Arkansas.; her grandchildren, Marci Avey (Randy), Amanda Sims (David) and Alan Herron; her great grandchildren, Haley, Bailey, Brayden Roddy, Wyatt, Easton Smith, Dustin and Layne Sims; and her great great grandchildren, Aubrey, Declan Dew and Cooper Roddy.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Doty Family Funeral (903 3rd St, Horseshoe Bend, AR 72512). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
