He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence J. Plumlee and Telitha Ella Hall Plumlee; and his sister Wilma Plumlee. He is survived by: his wife Kaye Plumlee; his daughters, Anna Plumlee (Tom Stiefel) of Bentonville, Sarah Lesley (Nick) of Myron and Katie Tate (Chris) of Violet Hill; his sister Loma Plumlee of Myron; his grandchildren, Telitha, Eleanor Plumlee-Stiefel, Matthew Lesley (Haley), Bobby Ray Tate and Zena K. Tate; and his brothers-in-law, Wes Brown of Zion, Keith Brown (Karin) of Zion and James Brown of Evening Shade. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
