We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2018, at the age of 89, Raphael E Allen (Fox, Arkansas), born in Shirley, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar T. and Lillie Allen (Howard); and his siblings, Reedis Allen, Magalene Watts and Imagene Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Allen (Duncan) of Fox; his children, Ted Allen (Sue) of Fox, Rick Allen (Anna) of Searcy and Janie Cannon (Garland) of Searcy; his brothers, Ester Bass and Stan Sutterfield; and also Bother Marvin. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren with one on the way, and nine great-great grandchildren, as well as a host of extended family and friends.
