He is survived by: his wife Belinda Harris Church of Fountain Hill; his children, Jeremy Church of Crossett, Ricky Blake Church (Eva) of Tennessee, Helen Lynn of Fountain Hill, Karla Lynn of Monticello and K'lee Church of California; and his siblings, William "Billy" Church (Diane) of Houston, Texas, Joyce Height of Benton Harbor and Sue Warren of Marshall, Texas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
