With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret C. Phillips of Fountain Hill, Arkansas, born in McGehee, Arkansas, who passed away on April 4, 2023 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Lucian Millard Phillips, Sr.; her son Lucian Millard Phillips, Jr.; her husband Charles Lee Phillips; her parents, G. K. Chennault and Lucy Cherry Chennault; and her sisters, Cherry Frances Chennault, Billie Chennault Stanford, Frances Chennault Nichols and Lillian Chennault Tuller.
She is survived by: her daughter Audrey Williams; her sister Pam Melton of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; her nieces, June Stanford of McGehee and Tina Nichols of McGehee; her great-nephews, John Devin Smith of Wrightsville and Alan Smith (Mary) of Alexander; her great-niece Lena Craig of Little Rock; and her caregivers, Lummie Wright of Crossett and Audrey Williams of Crossett.
