He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolph Horn and Vivian Dawkins Horn; his sister Shelby Jean Horn Hyatt; and his great grandchild Brantley Horn. He is survived by: his children, Garold Horn (Cathy) of Lacey, Lisa Hall (Jeff) of Lacey and Kathy Kellum (David) of Monticello; and his grandchildren, Joshua Hollis (Kayla), Caleb Hall, Devin Horn (Sabrina), Savannah Shafer (Austin), Laci Barnes (Grant), John David Kellum (Rachel), Karli Weast (Ozzy), Shane Hall (Val) and Seth Hall (Katrina).
Graveside service following Covid-19 guidelines will be 4:30 p. m. Monday, October 26, 2020, at Lacey Cemetery in Lacey, AR with Rev. Gary Carter officiating.
