He was predeceased by: his wife Anice Elizabeth Stanley Allen; his granddaughter Jennifer Davidson; his parents, Robert T. Allen and Rosie Beatrice Worley Allen; his siblings, Otis, Charlie, Elton, Marvin, Horace, Calvin, Willie Allen, Gloria Jean Lair and Clara Mae Allen; and his daughter-in-law Lynda Hogan Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Ann Hollis (Charles), Phillip Allen of Fountain Hill and Wayne Allen of Fountain Hill; his siblings, Rev. Otha Allen (Carolyn) of Flora, Bobby R. Allen of Oak Grove, Louisiana and Mary Dean Davis (Garland) of West Monroe, Louisiana; and his grandchildren, James Davidson (Crystal), Brad Allen, Angie Clavet (Buddy), Tiria Allen and Bryan Allen (Katelyn). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
