He is survived by: his children, Charles Frakes (Tammy) of Porter, Chris Frakes, Todd Frakes, Elizabeth Brown (Kevin), Melissa Boyster of Bastrop, LA and Angela Smith of Fayettville, AR; and his siblings, Stanley Frakes of Sebring, FL, Kenny Frakes of Fayettville, AR and Suzette Northcutt (Buddy) of West Memphis, AR. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
