He is survived by: his parent Madeline Paulik (Kozauer); his sons, David Paulik (Cynthia) of Nazareth and Steven Paulik (Melissa) of Pembroke Pines, FL; his sister Eleanor Miller of Salisbury Twp; and his grandchildren, Ashely Paulik and Bennett Paulik.
