It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Randal Carpenter of Fountain Hill, Arkansas, who passed away on February 1, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshal Carpenter and Esther Alphie Carpenter; and his siblings, Kenney Ray Carpenter, Garland Carpenter, Rev. Ronnie Carpenter and Clotene Carpenter.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Adams Carpenter of Fountain Hill; his children, Randal Wade Carpenter (Melissa) of Hamburg and LaRhonda Deal (Carl) of Jonesboro; his brothers, Mershal Carpenter (Faye) of Crossett and Jimmy Carpenter (Barbara) of Fountain Hill; his grandchildren, William Hughes (Rebecca), Heather Grbach, Steven and Michael Deal (Patrick Carpenter); and his great grandchildren, Natalie Hughes, Vincent Grbach, Emerik Grbach and Elliot Grbach. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
