He is survived by: his wife Gloria Watkins; his children, Dude (Jamie Watkins), Shawn (Neisa Watkins) and Shellie; his son-in-law James Rayburn of Genoa; his sister Ida Mae; his brother-in-law Roger Baber of Fouke; and his grandchildren, Zach (Jesse Watkins), Natalie Watkins, Ruby Stultz, Madison Watkins, Trey (Ellen Hopkins), Brandi (Jonathan Endsley), Dustin Rayburn, Spencer (Lesley Rayburn) and Tera (Josh McInnis).
