He is survived by: his spouse Deany Lynn of Fouke; his daughters, Tammy Sams of Fouke and Sheila Lynn of Fouke; his grandson Pete Sams of Fouke; his great grandchild Brylee Sams; and his brother-in-law Billy Askins of Texarkana. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
