He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Webb; his brothers, A. D. Webb and James Webb; and his great grandchild Johnathan Taylor. He is survived by: his children, Linda Blocker (Jerry) of Texarkana, Joe Webb (Teresa) of Fouke, Lawton Webb, Jr. (Vicki) of Dahlonega and Dale Webb of Fouke; his brothers, Kenneth Webb of Austin and John Webb of Proctor, Texas; and his grandchildren, Tracey Taylor, Theresa Davis, Thomas Blocker, Travis Blocker, Laura Taylor, Beth Webb, Kyle Webb and Caitlin Webb. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
