It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Jean Thompson of Fouke, Arkansas, born in Texarkana, Texas, who passed away on March 31, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Foster Thompson. She is survived by: her brother Joel; her sister-in-law Claudine Jones of Texarkana, Texas; her sister Joan Williams of Carthage, Texas; and her nieces and nephews, Margo Williams of Texarkana, Sara (Jeff Kernodle), David Williams of Carthage, Daniel Williams of Denton and Clifton Jones (Tara) of Metairie. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
