He was predeceased by: his parents, James Marvin and Rosemary Mitchell; and his brother Gary Wayne Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Willie Dell Mitchell of Fouke, Arkansas; his children, Leslie (Bradley Helms), Tracy (Jeff Davis) and Todd; his daughter-in-law Priscilla Mitchell of Fouke, Arkansas; his brother Don; his sisters-in-law, Bobbie Sue Mitchell of Cuba, Missouri and Mary Mitchell of Brownsville, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Brandon Helms (Harley), Quentin Helms (Lesha), Mason Carter (Rebecca), Danielle Cervantes (Daniel), Clayton Carter, MaKinze Mitchell, Cade Mitchell, Kassie Davis, Ashley Davis and Haley Davis. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, a host of friends and other relatives.
