He is survived by: his wife Helen Bohn Smith of Fouke, Arkansas; his daughter Denise; his son-in-law Woody Woodruff of Texarkana, Texas; his sister Martha; his brother-in-law Charles Reed of Fouke, Arkansas; his grandsons, Caleb Crabtree (Calais) of Rogers and Joshua Crabtree of Texarkana; and his great grandchildren, Emmy Crabtree, Addy Crabtree, Molly Crabtree, Lindsey Crabtree, Chloe Crabtree and Kylea Crabtree.
