He was predeceased by: his children, Michael Garner, Nicole Wyble and Steven Dickey. He is survived by: his wife Vinita Dickey of Fouke; his stepsons, Grant Foster and Brian Foster of Fouke; his son Shelby Dickey; his daughter-in-law Sonja Dickey of Fouke; his sister Sue Asa of Fouke; his sisters-in-law, Trudy Hylen and Gail Hacker; and his close friends, Lonnie Mullanex and Debbie Mullanex. He is also survived by four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, a number of nieces and nephews.
