We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Wilma Tally (Fort Smith, Arkansas), born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Cooper and Nora Cooper (Allred); her husband Tom; her son Thomas Keith Tally; her brother Winford Cooper; her sister-in-law Mary Lou; her brother Ellis Cooper; her sibling-in-law Gayle; and her sister Lois Beard.

She is survived by: her sons, Phil (Donna) and Phillip Dean Tally (Donna); and her grandchildren, Kimberly Konkle, Emily Tally, Lori Tarkington (Rick), Leslie Pannell (Jamie), Nakiah Donathan, Kent Tally, Landon Tally (Bonnie), Zach Tally (Jeffry Conta), Spencer Tally, Luke Donathan and Casey Donathan (Kristi). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, along with many friends.
